Booking Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, but to ensure we can continue providing excellent service to all of our customers, we have the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice: A 1-week notice is required for all trip cancellations. If you cancel within 1 week of your scheduled trip without notifying us by phone or email, we will not be able to offer a refund.

2. Why We Require This: Our trips are carefully planned in advance to accommodate all of our valued customers. Many of our tours are booked 1-2 months ahead of time, and last-minute cancellations make it difficult for us to fill the spot and adjust our arrangements accordingly.

3. Weather Cancellations: In the event of adverse weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, storms, or hazardous conditions) that prevent the tour from taking place, we may need to cancel your trip. If this happens, we will make every effort to reschedule your tour for another day. If rescheduling isn't possible, you will receive a full refund minus any service fees charged by the credit card company.

4. Refund Processing: Refunds, when applicable, may take 3-7 business days to appear on your credit card statement.

5. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled trip without prior notification, the full cost of your tour will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

6. Transfer of Bookings: If you need to reschedule your trip and do so with at least a 1-week notice, we can help transfer your booking to another date, subject to availability.

7. Emergency Situations: If there is a valid emergency that prevents you from attending your scheduled trip, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to make exceptions depending on the situation and available spots on future tours.

8. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to review the booking details and ensure the accuracy of the trip information. If you need to modify any details (e.g., number of guests or special requirements), please contact us promptly.
