Terms of trip cancellation (1 week cancellation is required). If you don’t call us or send us an email within 1 week of cancellation, we cannot offer a refund on your trip. We plan our trips in advance around our valued customers. Trips take time to plan and put together. Most of our trips are booked 1 - 2 months in advance. It's hard to refill a spot with a last-minute cancellation.
Sometimes we will have to cancel due to bad weather. In this case we will try and reschedule your trip for another day or send a refund for the cost of your trip minus the service fee charged by the credit card company. Refunds may take 3 - 7 business days to show back up on your credit card.
NO returns on fossils. Unless you ask before the item is shipped. We can refund, only if you choose to cancel your order before we ship it out.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL on ALL merchandise and fossil purchases that have been shipped.
